In process. Pickthall translation as usual, tho' I've indicated where his translation is not literal enough.

THE ALMIGHTY: OMNIPRESENCE, NEARNESS,
IMMANENCE & TRANSCENDENCE
57/3 He is the First and the Last, and the Outward and the Inward; and He is Knower of all things
40/65 He is the Living One. There is no God save Him.
24/35 Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth
55/26-27 Everyone that is thereon will pass away; There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory.
15/29 .... I have made him [man, Adam] and have breathed into him of My Spirit
2/138 (We take our) colour from Allah, and who is better than Allah at colouring. We are His worshippers.
85/20 And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them
50/16 We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein.
51/21 And [His manifest Signs are] (also) in yourselves. Can ye then not see ?
RANKS/LEVELS OF BELIEVERS:
56/7-14 And ye will be three kinds:
First) those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand ?
And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand ?
And the foremost in the race, the foremost in the race:
Those are they who will be brought nigh
In gardens of delight; A multitude of those of old, And a few of those of later time.
2/30 And when thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to place a viceroy in the earth
9/100 And the first to lead the way, of the Muhajirin and the Ansar, and those who followed them in goodness - Allah is well pleased with them and they are well pleased with Him....
4/69 Whoso obeyeth Allah and the messenger, they are with those unto whom Allah hath shown favour, of the prophets and the saints and the martyrs and the righteous. The best of company are they!
6/165 He it is Who hath placed you as viceroys of the earth and hath exalted some of you in rank above others...
10/62 Lo! verily the Friends of Allah [Auliya Allah] are (those) on whom fear (cometh) not, nor do they grieve
THE AULIYA ATTEST THE BOOKS OF DEEDS OF THE RIGHTEOUS!
83/18-21 Nay, but the record of the righteous is in 'Illiyin -
Ah, what will convey unto thee what 'Illiyin is! -
A written record,
Attested by those who are brought near (unto their Lord).*
*[56/7-14 confirms these Muqariboon-those brought Near- are the Auliya, not Angels as ignorant Salafis allege. They claim they interpret the Qur'an literally, then make the most shameful ta'wil, anything to deny Sufism.]
LEVELS OF BELIEF, FANA & BAQA
15/98-99 But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him). And serve thy Lord till the Inevitable [Real Faith- al-Yaqeen] cometh unto thee.
There are 3 Levels of faith according to the Sufis in the Qur'an:
1. Faith by knowing- 'Ilm al Yaqin,
2. Faith by Seeing-'Ain al Yaqin or Fana, at which stage one cannot pray being in the Presence of God. This is "annihilation" or "intoxication" as in:
15/99 And serve thy Lord till the Inevitable [Yaqin, or Faith] cometh unto thee.
3. Faith by Experiencing-Haqq al Yaqin, or Baqa, when one has completed the Spiritual course.
This is a complicated subject which I cannot do justice. See the Kashful Mahjub for a detailed explanation.
LEVELS OF THE NAFS
There are 3 Levels of the Nafs or Soul according to the Sufis in the Qur'an:
1. The Commanding Nafs-which enjoins unto Evil,
2. The Blaming Nafs- i.e. with a conscience
3. The Soul at Peace [Content Nafs]- with whatever God wills.
12/53 I do not exculpate myself. Lo! the (human) soul enjoineth unto evil, save that whereon my Lord hath mercy. Lo! my Lord is Forgiving, Merciful.
89/27-28 But ah! thou soul at peace!- Return unto thy Lord, content in His good pleasure
THE HEARING OF THE DEAD, AND THE LIFE & HELP OF THE PROPHETS,
Peace be upon them, and by extension the Auliya & the Martyrs [beyond the initial temporary tasting of Death], AND ALSO THE GREATNESS OF THE LAST PROPHET, Peace be upon him:
2/154 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not.
6/162 Say: Lo! my worship and my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
4/69 Whoso obeyeth Allah and the messenger, they are with those unto whom Allah hath shown favour, of the prophets and the saints and the martyrs and the righteous. The best of company are they!
35/22 Nor are the living equal with the dead. Lo! Allah maketh whom He will to hear. Thou canst not reach* those who are in the graves.
[* lit. "make listen"]
43/45 And ask [O Prophet] those of Our Messengers whom We sent before thee: Did We ever appoint gods to be worshipped beside the Beneficent ?
3/81 When Allah made (His) covenant with the prophets, (He said): Behold that which I have given you of the Scripture and knowledge. And afterward there will come unto you a Messenger, confirming that which ye possess. Ye shall believe in him and ye shall help him. He said: Do ye agree, and will ye take up My burden (which I lay upon you) in this (matter) ? They answered: We agree. He said: Then bear ye witness. I will be a witness with you.
39/42 Allah receiveth (men's) souls at the time of their death, and that (soul) which dieth not (yet) in its sleep. He keepeth that (soul) for which He hath ordained death and dismisseth the rest till an appointed term. Lo! herein verily are portents for people who take thought.
4/41-42 But how (will it be with them) when We bring of every people a witness, and We bring thee (O Muhammad) a witness against these ?
On that day those who disbelieved and disobeyed the messenger will wish that they were level with the ground, and they can hide no fact from Allah.
SHAFA'AT: INTERCESSION:
2/255 Allah! There is no God save Him, the Alive, the Eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh Him. Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave ?...
53/26 And how many angels are in the heavens whose intercession availeth naught save after Allah giveth leave to whom He chooseth and accepteth.
47/19 So know (O Muhammad) that there is no God save Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy sin and for believing men and believing women. Allah knoweth (both) your place of turmoil and your place of rest.
INTERCESSION & PERMISSION TO STAND & PRAY AT THE GRAVES OF THE THE RIGHTEOUS:
9/84 And never (O Muhammad)[PBUH] pray for one of them [the Hypocrites] who dieth, nor stand by his grave. Lo! they disbelieved in Allah and His messenger, and they died while they were evil-doers.
TAWASSUL/ Wasila : PRAYING THROUGH INTERMEDIARIES
4/64 We sent no messenger save that he should be obeyed by Allah's leave And if, when they had wronged themselves, they had but come unto thee and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the Messenger* [Peace be upon him], they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.
[*the passage is lit. "Asked the Prophet to ask [God] for forgiveness for them."]
5/35 O ye who believe! Be mindful of your duty to Allah, and seek the way of approach [wasila] unto Him, and strive in His way in order that ye may succeed.
PREDESTINATION
74/55-56 So whosoever will may heed. And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy.
GOD IS THE CREATOR OF GOOD & EVIL
113/2 From the evil of that which He created;
RELATIVITY OF TIME-SPACE
70/4 (Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.
ALL CREATION IS CONSCIOUS & FEARS GOD
2/74 Then, even after that, your hearts were hardened and became as rocks, or worse than rocks, for hardness. For indeed there are rocks from out which rivers gush, and indeed there are rocks which split asunder so that water floweth from them. And indeed there are rocks which fall down for the Fear of the LORD. The LORD is not unaware of what ye do.
SINCERITY OF PURPOSE SUPERIOR TO ACTIONS/ GOOD DEEDS
37/39-40 Ye are requited naught save what ye did - Save single-minded slaves of Allah;
8/70 O Prophet! Say unto those captives who are in your hands: If Allah knoweth any good in your hearts He will give you better than that which hath been taken from you, and will forgive you.
THE MIRROR OF THE HEART
[mirrors were made by polishing iron. Those well polished will reflect Light]
83/14 Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts.
24/35 Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth! The similitude of His light is as a niche wherein is a lamp. The lamp is in a glass. The glass is as it were a shining star. (This lamp is) kindled from a blessed tree, an olive neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself) though no fire touched it. Light upon light. Allah guideth unto His light whom He will. And Allah speaketh to mankind in allegories, for Allah is Knower of all things.
61/8-9 Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light however much the disbelievers are averse.
He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all religion however much idolaters may be averse.
THE GREAT SIN OF GHAFLAT: HEEDLESSNESS OF GOD
82/6 O man! What hath made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful ?
THE KHALWA - SECLUSION
3/41 He said: My Lord! Appoint a token for me. (The angel) said: The token unto thee (shall be) that thou shalt not speak unto mankind three days except by signs. Remember thy Lord much, and praise (Him) in the early hours of night and morning.

JazakAllah for bringing together these verses. They should be enough to make anyone realise that sufism has grown out of the Quranic text.
JazakAllah for the comment bhai. InshaAllah the third part shall be the clincher, and will prove to all those who are fair that the subtleties of Sufi Tafsir leave no doubt that our Buzurgs were on the true Islam...
this is the most comprehensive work on this subject - thanks a lot and makes me wonder how the uninitiated can say that Sufism is against the tenets of Islam
cheers
Raza
