Especially regarding Hazrat Pir Mehr Ali Shah's oft misquoted fatwa.

For married mureeds

It is forbidden [for a spiritual seeker] to have sexual relations on these nights & these places:
Under a tree
At the time of azaan or iqamat [when one can hear it]
The 15th night of Shaban [mid Shaban or shab barat]
The Night before both Eids [for these are Nights of worship].

Note: It is also a Sunna of our Master the Blessed Prophet, upon whom be peace, to avoid sexual relations the last ten nights of Ramadan, especially the odd nights.
