The excellence of a person's Islam relies upon leaving that which does not concern them.

Reminder to myself: God is not going to ask who should have been the Khalifa, or whether Moinuddeen was superior to Abd al Qadir, how stupid or wise the Ulema were, etc. I have my duties to try fulfill and a mountain of faults to overcome.

Reminders to myself
Reminder to myself:
Contrary to popular fashion, the true Sufi is not one who laughs at the Sharia [God-forbid] and those who follow it, but rather the true Sufi is one who weeps at himself.
May God preserve me from falling once more into this trap of 'Mulla-bashing.'
